Trichocentrum lanceanum is an epiphytic orchid from the genus Trichocentrum.


Plants blooms from summer to fall with ten to twelve 6.2 cm wide flowers. Flowers are fragrant.


Plants are found in Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, the Guianias and Trinidad at elevations of 300 to 500 meters


Grow plants in warm temperatures (min 18C) in partial shade. Water plant when mix drys. During the winter give plants a slight dryout between waterings. Water approximately once a week. Pot with coarse fir bark in a basket or on a mount
