Plant is found on mossy rocks areas of Zimbabwe and South Africa at elevations of 0 to 1500 meters
Description[]
Plant blooms in the spring with many 1.25 cm flowers.
Culture[]
Plants require cool to intermediate temperatures and diffused bright light. Pot in a well drain terrestrial medium of gravel, sand, soil, perlite, and bark. Water the plant regular during spring and summer. Unlike other Stenoglottis woodii requires that watering is with held in the winter as plants are dormant and begin watering regularly again as new shoots appear in the spring.
