Sobralia yauaperyensis is a member of the genus Sobralia


Plants can bloom from winter to summer with three to four successive 6 cm wide flowers.


Plant are found growing in Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil at elevations of 550 to 2200 meters


Grow in partial to full sun usually in cool to warm temperatures. Plants can be grown in sandy soil or bark with perlite. Keep the mix moist but not wet during growing season. Reduce watering after leaves develop. Never let the mix dry out for long periods
