Sobralia bimaculata is a member of the genus Sobralia


Plants blooms in the spring with several successive 4 cm wide flowers.


Plant are found growing in Colombia and Ecuador at elevations around 1720 meters.


Grow in partial sun usually in cool to warm temperatures. Plants can be grown in sandy soil or bark with perlite. Keep the mix moist but not wet during growing season. Reduce watering after leaves develop. Never let the mix dry out for long periods
