Plant blooms in the spring with a single 14 cm wide flower.
Distribution[]
Plants are found growing in leaf litter near sreams in the Phu Luang Mountains and Loei, Thailand at elevations of 240 to 910 meters. The area is subjected to heavy rains from summer to winter and has a cool dry spring.
Culture[]
Keep plants in moderate lighting with humidity at 60 to 80% with an intermediate temperatures. Pot in a well drain mix such as medium fir bark and perlite. Plant is easy to grow and grow best in warm and humid weather. To induce blooming, reduce watering during the winter.
