Masdevallia mentosa is a species in the Masdevallia genus.


Plant blooms in the winter with a single 1cm wide flower.


Plant is found in growing in the rain forest of Ecuador at around 900 meters in elevation.


Keep plant in partial shade. Plant can be grown in warm conditions. Pot the plant in fine bark with perlite or sphagnum moss. Water regularly and keep potting media moist. Plant can also be mounted
