Grow in moderate light and with intermediate to warm temperatures. Grow in tree fern fibers or full sphagnum moss. Water regularly. Plant is best mounted on cork.


The name is derived from the greek words listron (spade) , stachys (ear of wheat) in reference to the appearance of the flowers.
