Description[]
Plant blooms in the spring with a single 12.5 cm wide flower.
Distribution[]
Plants are found growing on limestone rocks with leaf litter, in the forest of on Sabah, Borneo at elevations of 300 to 400 meters. The area is subjected to light rains in the summer and heavy rains during the fall. Spring is the hottest season.
Culture[]
Plant should be grown in areas with moderate to bright light and intermediate temperatures. Pot in a well drain mix such as medium fir bark and perlite or sphagnum moss. Water regularly about every four to five days and increase watering rate during the summer. Plant is tolerant to different mediums.
