Paphiopedilum adductum is a species of Paphiopedilum found in Asia.
Description[]
Plant blooms from late winter to spring with two to three flowers that are around 10 cm wide.
Distribution[]
Plants are found growing in rocks and leaf litter in Bokidnon and Mindanao provinces of the Philippines at elevations of 1200 to 1300 meters. Plants are subjected to heavy rains in the summer through winter and spring is very humid.
Culture[]
Plant should be grown in areas with moderately bright light and intermediate temperatures. Pot in a well drain mix such as medium fir bark and perlite. Water regularly about every four to five days. To induce blooming reduce watering and lower temperatures in the early spring.
