Description[]
Plant blooms from winter to spring with a single 2 cm wide flower.
Distribution[]
Plant is found in the wet montane forest of Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Leward Islands and Trinidad and Tobago from 190 to 2300 meters.
Culture[]
Plant can be grown in a fine bark medium, full sphagnum moss, or mounted on treefern or cork. Grow in cool to warm conditions with medium amounts of light. Water regularly and keep mix moist but not wet. Plant require semi-dry rest through the winter month.
