Epidendrum coriifolium is an epiphytic orchid in the genus Epidendrum.
Description[]
Plant blooms in the winter with several 4 to 5 cm flowers. Flowers have an unpleasant fragrance.
Distribution[]
Plant is found in wet montane forest from Chipas, Mexico through Central Ameriaca, to Peru, Bolivia and Venezuela at at 350 to 1500 meters.
Culture[]
Plants grow in warm conditions and can be grown in medium size fir bark with perlite. Plant prefers drying periods between watering and bright light is recommended. Lengthen drying period a bit in the winter.
