Description[]
Plant blooms from late winter to spring with 2 to 9 flowers. Flower are fragrant with the scent of honey and 5 cm wide.
Distribution[]
Plant is found growing on tree trunks and large branches in Yunnan province in China, Thailand, Burma, and Vietnam at elevations of 1100 to 1700 meters.
Culture[]
Plant grows in cool to warm temperatures with bright light. Keep plant moist and fertilize during growth season. During late fall withold watering until new shoots appear in early spring. Mist plant to prevent pseudobulbs from shriveling. Grow in a well drain mix of sphagnum moss or medium fir bark.
