Plants bloom in the winter with one to three flowers. Flowers are fragrant and 10 cm wide.
Distribution[]
Plant is found in the lowland forest of Yunnan China, Assam, eastern Himalayas, Myanamar, Thailand and Vietnam at 1000-2000 meters in elevation.
Culture[]
Plant grows in cool to warm temperatures with medium amounts of light. Keep plant moist and fertilize during growth season. During winter withhold watering until new shoots appear. Mist the plants to keep the pseudobulbs from shriveling. Grow in a well drained mix of sphagnum moss or medium fir bark
