Dendrobium dearei is a species of genus Dendrobium
Description[]
Plant blooms from winter to spring with six to eighteen 7.5 cm wide flowers. Flowers are fragrant.
Distribution[]
Plants are found in the coastal forest of the Philippines and Borneo at elevations of of 60 to 100 meters.
Culture[]
Plant grows in cool to warm temperatures with medium amounts of light. Keep plant moist and fertilize year round. Unlike like other Dendrobiums this plant does not need winter rest. Grow in a well drained mix of sphagnum moss or medium fir bark. Plant grows well mounted.
