Plants blooms in the early spring with several 4.7 cm wide flowers.
Distribution[]
Plants are found growing in the cloud forest of Colombia and Ecuador at elevations of 2800 to 3200 meters
Culture[]
Grow in cool conditions with moderate light. Water the plant right before the potting mix starts to dry. Plants should be potted in a well drain medium such as medium fir bark.
