Plants are found in rock beds and near streams in coniferous forest in Sichuan, Yunnan, and Shaanxi provinces of China.
Culture[]
Grow plant in bright light and in cool temperature during the summer. Water regularly in the summer and keep mix moist but not wet. In the winter reduce watering. Plant should be grown in a mix with pH around 6 to 7. Plants can be potted in full gravel, full lava rock, or 25% perlite, 25% fine bark, and 50% gravel.
