Plant blooms in the spring with five to fifteen 2 cm wide flowers.
Distribution[]
Plant is found in Venezuela, Espiritu Santo, Rio de Janiero, Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo, and Parana' states of Brazil at elevations around 390 meters
Culture[]
Grow plants in cool to warm temperatures in shady to moderate light. Water plant when mix is about to dry. Plant should never be allow to dry out completely. Water approximately two to three times a week. Pot with fine fir bark or tree fern fibers.
