Plant bloom from winter to spring with three to eight 17.5 cm wide flowers. Flowers are fragrant.

Plant is found growing on trees in the wet montane forest of Colombia and Peru at elevations of 1350 meters
Culture[]
Plants should be grown in medium fir bark with partial to full sun. The plant is a intermediate to warm growing orchid species. Water approximately once a week. Plant can also be mounted.
