Bulbophyllum rugosibulbum is an epiphytic orchid in the genus Epidendrum.

Description

Plant blooms from fall to winter with twelve 7.5 mm wide flowers.

Distribution

Plant is found growing on tree trunks in the forest of Tanzania, Zambia and Malawi at elevations of 1200 to 1800 meters

Culture

Keep plant in warm temperatures. Keep moist in summer seasons and do not allow mix to dry, in winter keep the mix slight dry and reduce watering. Keep good air movement to avoid fungal growth. Keep plants in shade. Pot plants in sphagnum moss, fine bark, or mounted.
