Bulbophyllum odoratum is a species in the genus Bulbophyllum.
Description[]
Plant blooms in the fall to winter sixty to one hundred and fifty with 0.5 cm flowers. Flowers are fragrant with a sweet scent.
Distribution[]
Plant is found on the ground and the trees with ants in the evergreen lowland forest of Malaysia, Sumatra, Java, Lesser Sunda Isl., Borneo, Sulawesi, the Moluccas and the Philippines at elevations of 900 to 2400 meters.
Culture[]
Keep plant in cool to intermediate temperatures. Keep moist in summer seasons and do not allow mix to dry, in winter keep the mix slight dry and reduce watering. Keep good air movement to avoid fungal growth. Keep plants in shade. Pot plants in sphagnum moss, fine bark, or mounted.
