Brassada Orange Delight is a Ada and Brassia hybrid

Description[]

This hybrid is an interesting example of using Ada aurantiaca to produce an orange flowering Oncidiinae hybrid. Similar results of successful use of Ada aurantiaca are Brassada Mem Bert Field, and Adaglossum Mandarin - using Brassia Rex, and Rhynchostele bictoniensis as the other parent, respectively. Brassada Orange Delight bears many orange flowers with some dark spots on the sepals, and a Ada aurantiaca-like labellum.

Culture[]

Keep in partial shade. Keep plant cool to intermediate, and keep medium moist with small drying periods (water about once a week). Plant can be potted in medium fir bark. Plant blooms around autumn and winter. Plant can be grown indoors
