Epidendrum madsenii is an epiphytic orchid in the genus Epidendrum.


Plant blooms from fall to winter with six to nine 2.5 cm wide flowers.


Plant is found growing in the Andes mountains of Ecuador at elevations of 1100 to 2000 meters


Plants grow in intermediate conditions and can be grown in medium size fir bark with perlite. Plant prefers drying periods between watering and bright light.
