Epidendrum blepharistes is an epiphytic orchid in the genus Epidendrum.


Plant blooms during anytime of the year with many 6 cm wide flowers.


Plant is found growing on rocky cliffs of the wet montane forest in Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia at elevations of 1400 to 2500 meters


Plants grow in cool to warm conditions and can be grown in medium size fir bark with perlite. Plant prefers drying periods between watering and bright light.
