Encyclia mooreana is a plant in the genus Encyclia.


Plant blooms from spring to summer with many flowers. Flowers are 2.5 cm wide and has a honey fragrance.


Plant is found growing in lower montane forest of El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama at an elevations of 270 to 2100 meters


Plants grow in warm conditions and can be grown in medium size fir bark with perlite. Plant prefers drying periods between watering and bright light is recommended. Lengthen drying period a bit in the winter.
