Dendrobium pachyphyllum is a species of genus Dendrobium
Description[]
Plant flowers in the spring with a few 1.5 cm wide flowers. Flowers are fragrant.
Distribution[]
Plants are found in the open hill and lower montane forest of Java, Sumatra and Borneo at elevations of 0 to 1200 meters.
Culture[]
Plants are warm growers. Place plants in partial shade and pot with medium bark or sphagnum moss. Water regularly in the summer and keep cool in the winter. Water should be reduce but occasionally mist potting media to prevent pseudobulbs from shriveling.
