Dendrobium loddigesii is a species of genus Dendrobium
Plant blooms from winter to spring with many flowers. Flowers are about 5 cm wide and fragrant.
Plants are found in mossy coniferous areas in Laos, Vietnam, Southwest China and Hong Kong at elevations of 1000 to 1500 meters.
Plant requires cool to intermediate temperatures and medium amounts of light. Keep plant moist and fertilize during growth season. During winter reduce watering until new shoots appear but do not allow plant to dry out. Grow in a well drain mix of sphagnum moss or medium firbark.
