Dendrobium griffithianum is a species of genus Dendrobium


Plant blooms in the spring with many 5 cm wide flowers.


Plants are found growing on trees in Assam India, Thailand and Burma at elevations around 490 meter


Plant requires intermediate to warm temperatures and medium amounts of light. Keep plant moist and fertilize during growth season. From fall to winter reduce water and resume normal watering patterns when new shoots appear in spring. Plant is best mounted. Pot in medium fir bark with perlite or sphagnum moss.
