Dendrobium fytchianum is a species of genus Dendrobium


Plant blooms from spring to summer with three to fifteen 5 cm wide flowers.


Plant is found on trees near water in Burma and Malaysia at elevations of 46 to 610 meters


Plant grows in cool to warm temperatures with medium amounts of light. Keep plant moist and fertilize during growth season. During winter withold watering until new shoots appear. Mist the surface of the potting media to prevent pseudobulbs from drying. Grow in a well drain mix of sphagnum moss or medium fir bark.
