Description[]

Plants blooms in the spring with three to eighteen 8 cm wide flowers.

Distribution[]

Plants are found on large tree branches in Papua New Guinea at elevations of 1800 to 2700 meters

Culture[]

Plant requires cool temperatures and medium amounts of light. Keep plant moist and fertilize during growth season. During winter reduce watering until new shoots appear. Grow in a well drained mix of sphagnum moss or medium fir bark.
