Cypripedium henryi is endemic to China
Plants bloom in the spring with two to three 7cm fragrant flowers.
Cypripedium henryi are found in Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, Hubei, Gansu, and Shaanxi provinces of China. Plants are found growing in deciduous forest and grasslands on limestone at elevations of 1800 to 2800 meters.
Plants are easy to grow and should be kept in a pH around 7. Plants can be grown in full gravel or in a mix of 50% gravel, 25% perlite, and 25% gravel. Keep in partial shade.
