Plant is found growing plants are found in lowland forest of Thailand, Malaysia, Sumatra and Sabah, Borneo at elevations of 50 to 2300 meters

Plants are usually grown in baskets. Plant grows from cool to warm temperatures in partial shade. Water regularly in the summer and gradually reduce in the winter. Pot in medium fir bark.
