Catasetum bergoldianum is a species of Catasetum found in South America.

Description Edit

The plant is an epiphyte, found at elevations from 50 to 400 meters. Male flowers are usually around 2cm and female around 3cm. It prefers hot to warm temperatures. Female plants have few flowers on the inflorescence.

Distribution Edit

These orchids can be found in lowlands of Venezuela.
