Plant blooms in the spring with several 5 mm wide flowers.


Plants are found in Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu, Japan, southern China and Taiwan at elevations of 800 to 1600 meters


Keep plant in cool to intermediatetemperatures. Keep moist in summer seasons and do not allow mix to dry, in winter keep the mix slight dry and reduce watering. Keep good air movement to avoid fungal growth. Keep plants in shade. Pot plants in sphagnum moss, fine bark, or mounted.
